You can be buying your first home or even your last. Some loan officers and or lenders can’t handle all types or only specialize in a small area. I have handled every type of client, loan amount, document type, or credit type. If a loan officer doesn’t at least spend 15 to 20 minutes with you asking you the questions that should be asked, then that is where the problem usually starts. I pride myself in getting to know your family and your goals, having a good understanding of how long you intend to be in the house is important to what type of financing strategy you choose. Like I said, I love to be creative and I can usually find another way of getting you that better rate or lower payment because I know all my programs. I even know a lot of programs that others aren’t familiar with. Another important item to mention is that we are one of the quicker growing mid-sized mortgage bankers in Florida, with our headquarters in Dallas Texas. And what makes us stand out from so many other lenders is our common sense underwriting. Not only do we have all the same programs as everyone else such as the “Big Banks”, but we go the extra mile when it comes to being aggressive in our decisions. We are approving loans that others have denied. It comes down to being creative at times, but within reason. What is Realtor Success Seminars?

Realtor Success Seminars are designed for Real Estate Agents to get world class education on all aspects of being a successful real estate agent. A successful real estate practice consists of learning how to manage and improve three areas of the business: Prospecting, Building a Team, Managing the Money.

Prospecting consists of all the systems and structures that must be put into place for sales, marketing, lead generation and lead management. We have different seminars that cover each topic in detail with easily implementable action items so that this area of your business consistently gets better. The goal is to spend 80% of your time on the 20% of your tasks that produce 80% of the revenue which is prospecting. If you want to make more money then you must increase your GREEN time.

We will teach classes on who to hire, when to hire and how to hire as well as how to transform your business into a practice with clients versus customers much like a Doctor’s office. Learning to time block your calendar is one of the hardest tasks to learn and implement consistently but we will teach your an effective system to put all the pieces together. If you want to make more money in your real estate business then you must have better time management and better structure than you do now.

The skills taught in the Realtor Success Seminars will help you run a Profit & Loss each month on your business as well as a personal family budget so that you can track your debt, savings and net worth. You should also be using a PayLog to track your commission for the month and year to date to measure if you are on track for your goals.
